Principle:
Sand powder particles are sprayed through high-pressure airflow(18 m/s) and can be directly coarse orremoved.
The Ortho Microblaster uses a special medium for aluminum oxide sandblasting powder or sodium bicarbonate powder
(containing Glycine.the same below).

Features:
Ortho Microblaster adopts a buit-in water supply pipe and deep embedded tungsten steel nozzle, which is compact,light
and easy to grip. It is ergonomic design. During the use process, it carries water sandblasting to cool down the dust and efectively inhibits dustspatter.
 
Ortho Microblader is equipped with two different aperture sandblasting nozzles, allowing for precise focusing and a 360 degree rotatable and detachable handle for flexible spraying at any position.
 
Ortho Microblader sand storage tank is made of high temperature resistant and high-strength engineering materials that are integrally formed.
 

Application：

1.Use of alumina sandblasting powder:
Used for surface cleaning and micro roughening treatment of materials before bonding. Metal/porcelain crowns, fibrous, inlay/high inlay, Maryland
bridge, orthodontic brackets and brackets, removal of residual cement in the original bonding layer before secondary bonding, defect detection of metal
casting restorations, etc.
 
2.Use of sodium bicarbonate micro powder:
Remove tooth discoloration and plaque, tobacco and tea stains, and biofilm; Sandblasting after ultrasonic cleaning can have a polishing and repairing
effect on the surface of teeth.
