Return & Refund Policy

All of our products come with a 14 days free return policy! The same policy applies to replacement products. If you have any questions, please contact us!

How do I return an item and get a refund/replacement?

Step 1: Please contact our dentaldenshine customer service (social@dentaldenshine.com) and provide the reason and necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.

Step 2: Our customer service team will investigate and provide a solution according to our policy.

Step 3: Both parties agree on a solution and our customer service team provides the return information (please do not send your return to the return address on the package).

Step 4: Return the product (if necessary). When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will issue a refund/replacement. You will receive your refund within 2-14 business days.

 1.Reasons for free returns

Damaged upon arrival: If damaged, you can directly refuse to accept

Wrong item: Please provide clear pictures of the item, SKU number and shipping label on the package

Not as described: Please provide some photos to illustrate the problem

Quality problem: Please provide some pictures or videos to verify

Missing parts: Please provide some pictures or videos to verify

Note: In the case of the above return situation, please contact us and provide the necessary pictures or videos. Once verified, we will provide you with a suitable solution.

2.Reasons for not supporting free returns

Don't want/need/don't like

Change your mind after receiving the product/wrong order/price change/

Doesn't meet my expectations/find a better product

Any damage caused by user misoperation will not be compensated/wrong purchase

Note: For the above return situations, the buyer will bear the cost of return and restocking.

3.How long does it take for me to receive the refund?

Credit card: 3-15 working days after receiving the refund email (we will not charge you any handling fee)

Paypal: Up to 48 hours after receiving the refund email

Note: If you do not receive the refund within the specified time, please feel free to contact us.
