1. How do I change or cancel my order?
We know your order is very important, so we strive to complete it as quickly as possible. Please note that we can help you modify your order before it is shipped. This includes changing the size or color of the item, removing the item, changing the delivery address. Although we cannot cancel or change the order after it has been shipped, you can return the item to us in accordance with our return terms.
2. How do I track my package?
Please use the tracking option at the top of the page to get quick information. In your shipping confirmation email, you will receive a link to your tracking history. From there, you can monitor the progress of your package until it is delivered to your doorstep.
3. I received a damaged item, what should I do?
If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. When requesting a refund, please be prepared to provide customer service with a diagram clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide a "proof of damage" document from the courier. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person, and if you find that the item was damaged during shipping, you can refuse to accept it and send us an email to inform us of the re-shipment.
4.Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?
If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Please email your transaction ID to the customer service team.
